Classic Race Aarhus is a spectacular event en Denmark beautifully placed at the seaside just beside the Royal Summer Residence and with his Royal Highness Prince Joachim of Denmark participating.

The track
Welcome to a fun and challenging street race! Your driving techniques will be tested through 90-degree curves and at the end of the 2.6 kilometer track you will know exactly how well you handle your car after taking it through testing curves and going both up and down hill at high speed. The family
The venue of the this annual motorsport race is surrounded by lush green forest, beautiful parks and the royal summer residence Marselisborg Castle. It is close to the beach, forest, attractions and shopping – a perfect setting for the entire family. The beautiful classic cars, the race track and the race itself will be the main attraction; however, there will be numerous activities for all family members.

The inspiration
Step into a time capsule and head back to the Fifties and Sixties in the dedicated Goodwood-inspired area where you suddenly find yourself surrounded by the unforgettable glory days of motorsport. Learn about the history of motorsport, simply enjoy the beauty and breathe in the historic and romantic atmosphere.

Great Hospitality…
It is well known that the hospitality in Denmark is very nice and Classic Race Aarhus is absolutely no different. Each entrant may buy passes to the “Drivers Lounge By The Sea” where you will be served Breakfast, Lunch and afternoon tea every day. A great opportunity to spend time with famous drivers from Denmark and all over Europe.

Futhermore we will have a barbercue dinner Saturday evening at the lounge.

“Drivers Lounge By The Sea” is situated with a large veranda overlooking the sea - situated on the lawn besides the Helnan Marselis Hotel.

Very fair Entry fee...
The entry fee is only DKK 2000/€ 270 for sprints and DKK 3000€/ 400 for the 2 x one hour races with pit stop and drivers change (Class G). An absolute fair price for one of the most scenic race courses in Europe.

Classes
Classic Race Aarhus will gather some of the most exciting cars and makes of the past.

Pre war, 50’s sports cars, Touring and Grand Touring from the 60’s and 70’s as well as great cars with Le Mans history. Race “B” with GT cars up to 1961 (period E) is held together with Historic Motor Racing News and 1. Prize is the “Historic Motor Racing News Trophy”.
